Lou: Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist

Louise, originally from Sweden, specialises in strength training, women’s health, and long-term habit change for clients who want to feel stronger, move better and build confidence in their bodies.
She is known for her supportive approach and her ability to help clients navigate major life phases, from pre- and post-natal training to peri- and post-menopause support. With a strong background in anatomy and movement mechanics, Louise is recognised for her attention to detail, particularly in technique, movement quality and injury prevention.
Louise also places a strong emphasis on helping women build healthy, sustainable relationships with food, empowering clients to fuel their bodies with confidence while supporting their long-term goals.

This covers your custom training and nutrition plan, daily accountability check-ins, weekly reviews, data-driven daily adjustments and ongoing WhatsApp support.
In-person coaching (Marbella area)
Most clients work with us 3–5 times per week in our partner gyms or their villa.
3x per week: €900 / month
4x per week: €1,100 / month
5x per week: €1,300 / month
6x per week: €1,500 / month
All in-person packages include base coaching.
No long-term contract – cancel anytime.

We coach clients across Marbella in your villa gym, or in one of the gyms we partner with. We can also combine in-person and remote coaching for full flexibility when you travel.
